Albergo Tre Pozzi

We are in this area very often for work, yesterday we wanted to try this hotel.. The hotel is immersed in carpet, with very dated furniture, and a very particular decor.. My husband's mother called in the morning to book the room but upon our arrival our room had not been noted... They accommodated us very quickly in one of the rooms on the first floor, we took the stairs because the elevator was temporarily blocked, in the stairs a smell of stuffiness and dust as these were also covered in carpet.. from the door where you access the stairs there are stairs that go down with a sheath to protect a pipe, this one a bit battered and worn, I wondered if it was up to code.. going up to the second flight of stairs the wall of a wall where the plaster was falling to pieces... Finally you access the room corridor, carpet everywhere 🙈... Arrived in our room we swipe the card and open the door, to our great surprise the room was extraordinarily beautiful, I liked it a lot, the bathroom was truly beautiful with the whirlpool tub (working, we used it, it was really cool🤭), the bed is one of the things I liked most, the closet was a walk-in with the possibility of also having a desk, I found the room to be perfect, small but with everything in the right place, even the minibar turned on under the working television. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a dream. Dinner was very appreciated, my husband and I had different dishes to taste more things.. I found a bit of disorganization because if a dish runs out one should be able to say so quickly, also because the wait is not short, we sat down at 7:45 PM and got up at 9:00 PM... in the dining room on the high ceiling you can see very large cobwebs and spiders.. presence of many flies in the room... I don't remember the names of the dishes because they all more or less have particular names but everything was very good, especially the puff pastry with mushrooms and glazed figs that I had as dessert.. the prices for dinner are a bit too high.. upon our return to the room we took a bath and watched a bit of TV, returning shortly after to the bathroom we noticed the presence of little black bugs under the tub that were coming and going, we laid the large towel along the tub to keep them from coming out and closed the door 😅.. in our room there were towels only for one person even though there were 2 of us.. the lady came to knock shortly after to bring more towels but by then we had finished washing and we told her it didn't matter.. The kindness and helpfulness are truly excellent, even the person who served us breakfast in the morning was very kind. Little choice at breakfast but truly very good, very flaky croissant and excellent cappuccino... Unfortunately we were not able to use the wifi, when we tried to log in it sent us to a page where it was written that if I entered the site was not protected and so we gave up. All in all we had a good time but it is certain that we will not return.

I spent 12 days at this so-called 4 star hotel with half board! Cleanliness nonexistent! The bathroom was shared with some pretty big spiders that indicate they had been there for quite some time. The refrigerator failed. I go down to the breakfast room, poor to say the least, not even in a one-star hotel! Let's move on to dinner half board, a first and a second poor quality. Normally a desser and included in the half board, not here! Desser had to be paid 8 euros! Obviously with drinks also not included, paying extra for a liter of bulk wine of poor quality as much as 16 euros ... The rest left to your imagination....

We stayed just one night, they had a big parking place, room was very quiet and clean. Dinner was very good, delicious pasta. The service was quick. For breakfast they had fresh fruit and warm croissants, excellent!
