Hotel that is not located very close to the center, but still in a very green area and easily reachable from the highway. It has large outdoor spaces including a pleasant swimming pool. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Excellent breakfast with both savory and sweet options. Ample parking available (uncovered and covered) and restaurant attached to the entrance. The rooms are clean and comfortable; they could probably be updated in design, but for this type of hotel, it is not an element that negatively affects the stay experience. Therefore, a very satisfactory experience overall.

Hotel located outside the historic center and the ZTL, easily reachable. The historic center can be reached on foot (about 25 minutes) or by bus in a few minutes. Comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast is excellent with both sweet and savory products.

The hotel is an average of three stars. Far from the center but perhaps convenient for a stopover during a trip. I was there with my small fourth grader for two nights (in all 14 students). The staff of breakfasts and rooms extremely friendly and efficient. But I have some complaints about the reception staff. Upon arrival we could not have the rooms because still to be redone. In the evening, on the way back around 9.45 pm, a gentleman at the reception, very rude, had a problem because I wanted to mark the student rooms to know where everyone was staying, with 14 guys and five triples it was a five-minute thing but the guy had to close, I had to do it standing in the hallway. At the start, the same gentleman insisted a lot, even chased me to the bus that was waiting for us, because he absolutely wanted us to pay the tourist tax when the agency had written clearly that it was already included in the expense. I've had some doubts I'd rather not talk about... After the first night, what I think was the hotel manager complained a lot about the kids, and the careless behavior of us teachers, because she said they would mess up until 2 a.m. It was the night of the national team game, the boys found themselves in a couple of rooms to watch it, it certainly did not end at 2. Then they moved, in absolute silence, in the corridor, with the doors that however were noisy both at the electronic opening and closing. At 1.15 I sent everyone a message saying it was time to sleep and everyone immediately obeyed and if they were quiet in their rooms. I point out that EVERYWHERE we went, restaurants, museums, churches, the staff congratulated us teachers for the education of our boys who were also very interested in everything. They are still boys and they definitely made noise with the doors that in no way, however, could have been quiet. Maybe it would be better if they didn't take more students, if they had a problem with my parents I don't know how they would do with certain groups of ramblers that I happened to meet in the many educational trips conducted in more than 30 years of career!
