Absolutely to be avoided, like the black plague!! Absolute lack of seriousness, availability, and understanding, as well as professionalism in a luxury sector like the hotel industry... despite having paid for the entire stay, I had to leave immediately after my arrival due to a serious accident (a very painful displaced and fragmented fracture of my right wrist), which happened to me also because of the exceptional heat and fatigue: it should be noted that the property left us on the street at noon with an exceptional heat wave that is claiming victims throughout Italy and that only that day, last June 23, was causing a thousand people to go to the emergency room of the Parma polyclinic. They made fun of me for twenty days, bouncing me from one operator to another and even slamming the phone in my face, after the hotel reception itself had proposed to provide a replacement voucher for the vacation that I did not take and in any case paid for in full and in advance. The excuse was that they had refused other bookings to reserve the room... and I am Little Red Riding Hood, who believes that after my departure, which took place on the same day of arrival, they did not give the room to someone else, the room paid for by me!!! Traveling a lot... I had never found myself in a similar situation... of no openness and total lack of availability... absolutely... DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE AT A PROPERTY SO INCAPABLE OF HOSPITALITY!!!

This hotel is located in the station district. The environment may scare you off but once you step inside a pure indulgence opens up. Reception is top and street side. , the rooms (for us the 4th floor) are excellently equipped with fine bed, air conditioning, blissful bathroom, bath and shower. Slept wonderfully on the street side. Breakfast is full and especially tasty. Again attentive and friendly staff. All this at 125 euros per night, tourist tax included and use privegarage. A top stay.

It was our base for a weekend in Parma for the Ingorda. Modern and comfortable hotel. Kind and helpful service. The room (which was a small studio) was clean and welcoming. Varied and good breakfast. The garage, although paid, is an excellent service, as the surrounding area is quite degraded, especially at night.
