Hotel Roma

The experience at this hotel was extremely negative. The staff was rude, intolerant and rude towards guests, particularly during the treatment of a schoolgirl, demonstrating a total lack of professionalism. The food served in the room was decidedly bad, with quality and preparation below all expectations. Highly discouraged to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful stay.

Easter break in this hotel with friends. I can only save the availability and friendliness of the owners and staff all and partly also the catering and cleaning. But the rooms and not only, even according to friends, were a disappointment. The official excuse "we're under renovation" but I think for months or maybe years. I'm sorry, but I can't tolerate a hotel with an interior like this.

Passing through the spa of Salsomaggiore, we wanted to stay one night and do things calmly. What can I say! A wonderful surprise, despite being a bit dated the structure, we were positively impressed by the courtesy of the staff, the sublime breakfast prepared by the very kind Denise, and especially by the price of the rooms. Congratulations again, we will definitely be back.
