Spacious room and bathroom very comfortable and clean. The hotel is about 15 minutes drive from Parma, with ample parking and very good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable double bed. Hotel isolated but easily accessible from the highway.

ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! we stayed for 3 nights in this hotel... it can only be described as TERRIBLE. Don't be fooled by the photos, the hotel looks completely different. Very dirty rooms with spiders and insects everywhere, bathroom where it was mandatory to wear slippers to enter given the very little cleanliness (especially the shower), room without air conditioning which did not allow us to sleep given the 28/29 degrees in the room.. Obviously let's not forget the lack of hospitality and the terrible hotel restaurant that made us run away every evening. the worst restaurant I've ever stayed in... even at a price that's too high given what they offer.. look for something else that is better... even a tent on the beautiful Emilian fields. Thank you

3 nightmare nights... from the photos it seems modern and clean, unfortunately it is exactly the opposite. Low quality restaurant and in the evening they didn't even have food for everyone, we had to split the courses (there were 4 of us). INSISENT AIR CONDITIONING, we were awake all night as it was 29 degrees in the room... as soon as we opened the window, the room filled with mosquitoes. Dirty shower, curtains never washed.... horrible experience... now we understand why they wanted the total balance of the overnight stays before our arrival....
