This is the best hotel we have stayed in at Parma, absolutely stunning building with huge rooms. Centrally located just next to the Duomo, main shopping street, lots of restaurants and cafes and near bus stops etc. You can walk from the train station in approx 15 minutes or get a taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful, offering advice and guidance if needed and speak multiple languages. This is the second time we have stayed here and would definitely stay again. We don't pay for breakfast as there are lots of cafes near by, including Bar Cafor which offers breakfast deals and is a beautiful cafe with fresco ceilings.

We were in a suite that amounts to a 2-bedroom, 2-shower apartment with an equipped kitchen and a fantastic view of the baptistery and the Piazza del Duomo. Impeccable service, the possibility of parking in a private lot and unloading in front of the hotel. Very good bedding and pretty rooms. A joy to open the shutters in the morning with this view of Parma. Ideally located in the historic center of Parma Close to the trendy fashion district and the squares and cafes/restaurants. Great breakfast in a cafe/pastry shop a 2-minute walk away

A perfect hotel experience. The room was so beautiful it was just a joy to be in the room. The location was perfect next door to the Babtistry. The staff are perfect , kind, accommodating cheerful helpful.
