We had booked one night for 2 adults, one child, and a small dog. The suite provided was superb. The two very large bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the living room, and the walk-in closet were very clean. The savory and sweet breakfast was varied and the dining room was very quiet. The parking (admittedly narrow) and the charging station for the car were very much appreciated! The hotel's location in the city center allows you to discover Piacenza on foot. Thank you for the little gesture for our daughter's birthday, it was very kind!

Like a large block, the Albergo rises in the old town of Piacenza, just a few steps from the Piazza del Cavalli. You enter an appealing lobby and encounter an impressive concierge - fully aware of his dignity. You must carry your own luggage - "this service is not available" - that was a warning! Your room is small, the bathroom even smaller - likely from the seventies. The guest wonders where the 4 stars come from... The terrace on the 7th floor opens at 5 PM. It offers a view over the old town and the industrial facilities on the outskirts. During breakfast - 15 EUR - there are hardly any guests, but staff standing around who bring the coffee - each time a task you have to deal with. The staff is disinterested, the "boss" is very calm... Breakfast without bread, only toast, one type of cheese from the discount store, no prepared quark, no fruit salad - "savings rolls." After this experience, we did not make use of the "service" of the esteemed establishment anymore... You can park for 16 EUR in an underground garage - accessible with a "driving test."
