Hotel City

The staff is friendly. The major flaw is the cleanliness and breakfast. We received the renovated room, but when we entered, the bathroom was dirty, with hair on the stool, a contact lens on the floor, the trash can full, and a shirt rolled up at the entrance. Immediately notified of the incident, they only emptied the trash can and removed the clothing. So subsequently, I personally had to remove the hair and the lens from the floor. For breakfast, the buffet was empty and not replenished, thus very limited. Such a shame, because it is clear that they want to improve.

I discovered this great hotel in the outskirts of Piacenza as in the city center it was impossible to find a room for important events in the area. It really has a great value for money. It is 5 minutes from the motorway exit, if you arrive in the evening do not be impressed by the area ... the hotel is very nice and the staff very kind and always present. The rooms spotless large and new. The parking VERY CONVENIENT and large, if you want there is also the hotel garage. I parked outside adjacent to the entrance. The minimal breakfast, fresh fruit and juices, cold cuts and desserts all of excellent quality (great cappuccino and croissants top!) the breakfast room is large and bright, I recommend opening the curtains for light, also see the park and some school kids... puts you in a good mood! They have a nice well-kept garden adjacent (as I said) to a school park), in the morning this hotel breathes a positive air and busine customers... The only flaw... if you take a taxi x the city center round trip costs about thirty euros. The value for money hotel is EXCELLENT. I point out that it is not recommended for safety to walk in the center in the evening.... but this aspect we can also find in Milan.

Hotel with convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff, quiet rooms with all comforts, quality mattress and pillow, varied breakfast and attentive to all needs, close to the fair quality good price, good cleanliness
