Corallo

First of all, we arrived and no one greeted us at the entrance where there was parking for the car, no one came to help us with our luggage, so we managed on our own and presented ourselves at the lobby... externally the hotel is very old and neglected. Unfortunately, it appears neglected both in the garden and in the outdoor areas and especially in the pool. At the entrance where the lobby is, the bar, and in the breakfast area and common areas there is no air conditioning, you will understand it was 95°F, it was unlivable and unacceptable, in fact the food was all damp already at 8 in the morning... I had warned them that my girlfriend was celiac and lactose intolerant and it had been confirmed to me that they would provide for it, unfortunately with astonishment we discovered that there was packaged gluten-free bread on display and many packages had been expired for more than a month... Absolutely absurd!! And I won't tell you about other inconveniences suffered... the only positive note was the room which, being a superior, was located on the 4th floor which they had renovated 3 years ago... the staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely not be returning.

I was there with my mom, who has some mobility difficulties. Everything went perfectly. The staff was kind and provided me with a plastic chair for the shower as I requested. All facilities (shower, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc.) were functioning perfectly. Sweet and savory breakfast with plenty of variety and abundance. Good agreement with the beach where there is also a dog area. Very quiet and beautiful area in the pine forest.

Absolutely satisfied! We spent a pleasant week in a location we did not know, with the strong point being the hotel, which, in addition to being extremely comfortable, is managed impeccably with attention, friendliness, and care for the customer, definitely an excellent quality/price ratio.
