DO NOT GO THERE!!!
The location is wonderful. Unfortunately, the charm lasted exactly the time it took to get out of the car.
Loris was there to greet us, and without a smile, a welcome, or any attention towards the guests, we arrived at 2 PM and, when asking if it was still possible to eat something, no solution was offered, not even a snack or a small bite. I had to ask if it was possible to buy some fruit.
Right after check-in, he started listing rules, prohibitions, and obligations: no lunch, no dinner ("all booked"), no diving in the pool, no sitting or climbing on the pool edge, and a shower is required before entering the water.
BREAKFAST
I expected a breakfast worthy of a farmhouse... instead, everything was industrial... terrible!
I asked for recommendations on where to eat nearby: no suggestions.
I asked if it was possible to stay an extra night: I was told to check the website, which, by the way, does not even have a booking system.
I asked about water: I was told to go ask his friends at the pool. His friends sent me back to him.
At checkout, we asked to stay in the pool... another PROHIBITION... maximum until 12:00 PM because then it would get crowded... I took a picture of the empty umbrellas at 12:00 PM - Loris's unfriendliness made us leave right on time.
A surreal experience.
In decades of traveling in Italy and abroad, I have rarely received such a cold, indifferent, and unprofessional welcome. A real shame, because such a beautiful location deserves management and hospitality that match its beauty.
