Extremely disappointing stay – absolutely not a 4-star hotel I am genuinely extremely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to absolutely anyone. It does not meet even the most basic expectations of a 4-star property and feels dirty, outdated, and very poorly managed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt wrong. The room was filthy upon check-in, and the toilet was not working at all. When we asked reception for help, we were told the room could not be cleaned again. Only after repeated insistence were we offered another room, but even that room was dirty and uncomfortable. The staff were consistently rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve issues properly, they questioned us in an accusatory way and were completely unhelpful. At one point, they even refused to change our room after asking whether we had “used the toilet,” which was shocking and unacceptable. Only after a serious argument did they finally move us. Cleanliness was a constant problem throughout the stay. The bed sheets were dirty, the bathroom had mold, and the overall hygiene was extremely poor. The conditions were far below any acceptable standard, let alone a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was repetitive every single day with no variety at all and not even basic options like vegetables. We also tried the restaurant once and the food was very poor. They also falsely advertise a spa, which simply does not exist at all. On top of everything, I left a plush toy in the room that was extremely important to me. The hotel claims it was not found, which is very hard to believe. I informed them multiple times and was met with dismissive and even sarcastic responses when I called, which was extremely disrespectful. I also left a bottle in the room, and they claim nothing was found at all, which raises even more concerns about how lost items are handled. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. This hotel is dirty, misleadingly advertised, and badly managed. I would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances and would never stay here again.

I stayed for 4 days at the end of June with my family. I found the first room dirty: the carpet stained and full of dust, the bathroom with a yellow line under the tub, the mini fridge full of paid products but dirty, dust everywhere, handprints on the door and a fantastic spider in the corner of the room staring at us. Even though the decor is dated, it is still a nice hotel; however, the cleanliness aspect is disappointing. After complaining to the organizer, they changed my room, assigning me a themed one where the dust was still there, inside the toilet there was an unacceptable yellow line of 4 cm, and the bidet was moving all over the place. The silicone around the shower and tub was black, and the showerhead sprayed water more upwards than downwards. There would need to be special maintenance because a hotel of this level cannot be in these conditions. Yet it is frequented by quite remarkable people, and I do not know how they manage to stay like this. One fantastic thing is the breakfast and the politeness of the waiters and receptionists.... But regarding cleanliness, everything falls apart....

A hotel that I don't believe could be worse. The service was simply unacceptable. Upon our arrival, we found that the TV in the room was not working; after numerous insistences, we managed to get a room change, with complaints because we had noticed the problem after already using the towels. The inconveniences did not end there. The next day, we returned to the hotel at 4:30 PM, and the room had still not been cleaned. No one was able to provide us with explanations: no one answered the phone, and we were forced to go down to the reception personally to get information, but no one took action. The overall impression is that of a completely unprepared establishment, with poor organization and unqualified staff. A decidedly negative experience that we do not feel comfortable recommending. Forget about 4-star standards.
