Bad experience with poor service. Unpleasant and uninviting staff

I used my 50th birthday Smartbox gift set to choose this hotel, so in addition to seeing the magnificent Ravenna again, we went to the beach because the hotel is close to several beach clubs. We also used the restaurant for our first dinner. The room was quiet, not noisy, clean and comfortable, with a safe and basic options. Large parking lot and even if you have to take the car to go visit Ravenna, having found free parking in the city, it did not bother us at all. Standard hotel. As a base to use for sightseeing, it is fine.

My experience was very positive except for the cleanliness of the room. We had the Mirabilandia-themed room, which was very nice and comfortable, but the downside was the cleanliness, with dust everywhere. Otherwise, excellent location and convenient parking. Wonderful breakfast and the reception staff were A+.
