KoKo Hotel Milano Marittima

We stayed at the beginning of August, 2 adults and 2 children with an all-inclusive package. Welcome, rooms, garden, pool, food, services... everything ok. We left without expectations of a luxury stay (obviously, I would say) and we had a very good time. We rested, we relaxed, and we enjoyed the vacation. Thanks to all the staff and in particular to Bea, to Favour, and also Elisa and Laura.

It is a property with a lot of potential, but it is not fully utilized. There are some services or elements worthy of a four-star hotel and others that are poor, like a two-star. The park, the pool, the independent access to the rooms, and the shuttle service are all excellent. The option to ask for small bottles of cold water during the day is also excellent, a feature not common in hotels. The bedspreads absolutely must be changed; they are old and torn. With little expense, you could truly give the rooms a new look. The outdoor dining room is not adequate for the heat of recent years. It was really hot at lunch, and there were many insects in the evening. The awnings and gazebo covers need to be changed. The dining room waiters were not very smiling or welcoming; the atmosphere among the staff was tense, only one guy was more open and alert. Many mosquitoes in the pool area; a few more treatments would suffice. The menu needs a little updating to align with modern diets and the new generations who are more health-conscious: there should be more fruit and healthier foods at breakfast, and above all, not just snack cakes for snacks, and more variety of savory foods at breakfast.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 12 days. Friendly and helpful staff, very good food. Recommended!!
