Best Western Premier Classic

Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms and good breakfast, on arrival a problem with the air conditioning and TV was promptly solved by the staff. A little off-center position.

Upon arrival I see a very impressive lobby and reception and it makes a good impression on me. Receptionist gentilissima. I guess I can already review 4 stars. Arrival in the room: not a size table to open a PC to work. Room frozen and air conditioning not adjustable from the room but you must call reception to have it modified. I go to the bathroom, flush the toilet, and a little water comes out. I take a shower and there's a stream of water. I notify the reception and very kindly change my room. Again no possibility to open a PC. Air conditioning always not adjustable. I turn on the TV connected to SKY: there are only 8 sky channels of which 6 are encrypted. I switch to digital terrestrial and you only see rai 1 and rai 2. I point out at reception and the only solution would be a new room change, which I refuse. I can't spend the night moving. In the bathroom soap are dispensers fixed to the wall. Normal solution but there are only in the shower and sink. In the bidet nothing and being the giant bathroom the dispenser is far away. Patience. In the morning breakfast is absolutely not 4 stars. For 40 years I have been sleeping regularly in hotels and usually find 3 stars with breakfasts much more varied. Positive only the friendliness of the staff.

Front office reception with professionally trained staff and available for any request. The same thing for the restaurant area is breakfast, where the room assistants welcome guests with a nice smile and available to satisfy the best by offering comfort and recommending excellent dishes of Reggiana cuisine. Large spaces and lounges where you can relax between an aperitif and a chat. I personally find this hotel a great solution for a great experience. I highly recommend!
