Excellent hotel, lovely staff, helpful and professional, spacious, well appointed and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, excellent value for money. Only one downside, the restaurant Enigma which is on the premises of the hotel is to be avoided. It's expensive, it's not very good, the restaurant charges an extra €5 for the "cutlery" that we would have searched in vain on the card, and the service is generally unsympathetic. But if you avoid the restaurant, you have every chance to love the hotel, its rooms and its staff.

Great experience. Hotel in a strategic position very close to the center. Staff very courteous, kind and helpful. Great breakfast.

Great location, with garage in basement. The hotel is under renovation and must be taken into account. Nevertheless, the hotel is not soundproofed independently of the work. The doors of the rooms are poorly adjusted, poorly joined and the hallway and the doors slam. The bathrooms have been renovated but the furniture in the rooms is old and not functional. Shelves are missing. We stayed 3 nights/4 days and ran out of storage. There is no coffee machine in the rooms, only a kettle. The staff is nice and responsive. The breakfast food is of poor quality, as in all Mercury. There's only one beverage machine and it's a problem when it's crowded. The restaurant adjoining the hotel is top with refined and delicious dishes.
