My daughter and I stayed for 10 days at the beginning of September 2026. It was a nice, relaxing vacation. Excellent location near both the beach and the station. Spacious and very clean room. Kind and helpful staff. Good and varied food. Excellent value for money.

An unforgettable vacation – See you next year! ❤️ What can I say… when the time comes to go home and you are truly sorry to leave a place, it means you have found something special. And that is exactly what happened to us. My friend Valeria and I spent a wonderful vacation in a hotel where we felt welcomed, pampered, and above all, at home. The location is truly excellent: convenient both for reaching the beach and for going to discover Riccione. And Riccione is absolutely not just Viale Ceccarini: there are so many places, streets, and corners to experience, and the hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy everything with peace of mind. A special round of applause goes to the attention reserved for the guests. We also really appreciated the small details that make the difference: the beach towels changed every day and the beautiful complimentary beach bag, a real convenience that we used for the entire vacation. The rooms are not huge, but they are absolutely adequate for the hotel's category, clean, and comfortable. We slept very well and, even though the railroad is quite close, there was never a lack of peace and quiet. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone is truly kind, smiling, helpful, and always ready to meet the guests' needs. You can tell they do their job with passion, and this makes the stay even more pleasant. A truly special thank you goes to Caterina, who was always present, helpful, and attentive to our every need. A person who made us feel truly welcomed and whom we will remember with great pleasure. ❤️ And now for the food… exceptional! From breakfast to dinner, everything was a pleasure. Rich and tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners with varied dishes, well-prepared and, above all, of excellent quality. We ate really well, and every day it was a pleasure to sit down at the table. But there is another beautiful thing that we will carry in our hearts. In the context of this wonderful vacation, we were lucky enough to meet some truly special people, with whom we shared pleasant moments, laughter, and beautiful days. This also contributed to making our stay even more unique. We really hope to be able to meet up again next year and continue this beautiful friendship that was born almost by chance together. ❤️ In short, nothing to say… actually, the only thing to say is that it was a shame to leave! When a vacation ends and you already know where you want to return the following year, I think there is no need to add anything else. A real thank you to Caterina, Michele, Pino, Enzo, Vanda, Christian, and the whole staff, including those we don't know personally but who contributed to making our stay so pleasant. You gave us a peaceful, relaxing vacation full of good feelings, made of excellent food, attention, smiles, and special people. I will try to be brief. Positive notes: very spacious and excellently clean room, with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (there were three of us); ten out of ten for the idea of daily beach towels. And so far it would be five stars. The tragedy is the catering: breakfast is passable, but lunch and dinner are to be forgotten! I don't know what those who wrote positive reviews about the food are used to eating. Poor quality ingredients that were also poorly cooked (a carbonara pasta that looked like soup in broth, and I could give other examples..). For three whole evenings, we went out for dinner to be able to eat decently. To complete the ruin, there is the lack of wine at the table. There are only two horrendous mixtures served in a carafe that calling them wine is an insult to the winemakers. There is no bottled wine!!! I asked for the reason: "company policy" was the answer I got from the maitre d' (????) One goes on vacation also to "break the rules" a little and finds themselves drinking dirty water!! Never again.
