Sarti

Very disappointing, rude staff, terrible food and the hotel is in a really bad shape. The worst part was that it was impossible to sleep du to music all night long in the surroundings even wirh the windows closed. We aee not coming back.

So far everything was good, apparently no bike guides in August or then Michele in the morning at 8:30 AM. Too early for us. Apparently the hotel has a new owner. No notification to me, even though I have been a regular guest for over 20 years.

This year too we spent A week of vacation at the hotel Sarti. Like every year we return Home with a heart full of sweet memories. The pride and joy of this property remains the culinary aspect and all the staff that revolves around it. Let's start with the super chef Silvia, all the dining room staff with great compliments to Lorenzo and the now legendary Veneranda. The bar is full of life thanks to the precious presence of Luca, who is always ready to make you smile and to welcome our children who run around him all day. Staying here really recharges your batteries so you can best face the winter. The housekeeping staff is always present and never lets you go without anything. A special thanks also to Angela who takes care of our rooms with love. We hope to see you again in 2027 and a special greeting also to all the reception staff and to the very cordial Tommaso, the long-time manager.
