Beautiful facility, beds and pillows very comfortable. Clean and tidy room. Wide selection of both sweet and savory foods. Friendly and helpful staff... Highly recommended, especially considering it has reasonable rates for a hotel that is definitely more than a three-star.

I stayed at the facility for one night after a long trip, and being exhausted, we lost the room and parking cards while having two minor children with us. We were asked for a sum of 20 euros for the simple coding of the keys without any sign indicating this, so I inform you to be very careful. The reception staff appeared to be sorry, but in reality, they took the money without much discussion! The room was very noisy due to the air conditioner, but keeping it off made it impossible to rest. The substitute had cracks and mold in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation.

Even knowing about the management change, we still chose to return (for the third year) to this hotel. Upon arrival, the requested room was not available (we always stay in the same room), despite having booked well in advance. To apologize, we were offered a bottle of prosecco (which I obviously declined) and a discount on the room that was later denied, as they claimed we already had a good price. All of this was explained to me in English because the guys at the reception speak little and poorly in Italian. The room was definitely smaller, and the minibar was not working, the shower had a curtain attached to the toilet, and there was carpet throughout the room (which I find to be somewhat unhygienic)... Even though it is not there, the website still talks about Susanna's kitchen...the bicycle rental service has been removed, the takeout reservation service has been removed...the lights on the stairs and in the room with books are always off, making the environment rather sad. During the day, there is never anyone at the reception, while at night there is always someone available. It lacks that typical Romagna charm, with sunny and smiling people, welcoming and radiant. Nothing to say about the cleanliness. We spoke with other regular guests, who agreed that the hotel has lost its welcoming soul built over many years of work by the entire staff.
