Beautiful place, impeccable room with hydromassage tub in the center of the room, all neat and clean, breakfast in the room, surrounded by lots of greenery, beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers on an expanse of greenery and olive trees, worth trying. Thanks Sarah

We came here for a family lunch (15 people including young children) to celebrate my 40th birthday. I am vegetarian and the kitchen made a selection of exquisite anti pasti from local produce (favourites among them were chick pea fritters and aubergine 'meat-free' balls). This was followed by traditional pasta primi (light, flavoursome home-made ravioli), a BBQ style secondi for the meat-eaters in our party, and a dessert (chocolate fondant to die for). Fantastic from start to finish and delivered with gusto by a very passionate owner who even makes his own honey-coated salami. Cannot recommend highly enough. Also very child-friendly - they have jigsaws and an outdoor area with a fountain where children can play.

We arrived at 7pm, had a very quick hassle free check-in and time for a dip in the lovely pool. The triple room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was between 8 and 9am in the restaurant with a range of cakes, cappucino as well as bread, cheese and even ham from their own production. Hosts were very gracious and dealt with our limited Italian language skills by trying to speak English. We were able to view the piglets, which had been born just the week before. We would recommend Agri Rio to anyone stopping in the Tavullia area.
