Dasamo

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week in August; a few weeks before the trip, we needed to contact the Dada Hotel for some clarifications and requests, including a birthday cake, extra people, a fridge, and parking (which must be booked in advance and are paid services as specified everywhere), and from the very first contacts, they were extremely helpful and kind in resolving all the issues and clarifying all our doubts. ⭐ Arriving at the hotel in the morning, we were welcomed by the reception staff, who, along with their front office manager Matteo, were quick with the check-in process and rightly told us that as soon as the room was ready they would give us the keys even earlier, but obviously without any expectations since they would be ready from 3:00 PM (this is also written everywhere).⭐ In the meantime, we were given access to the beach, very close to the hotel, Bagno 43 Maurizio, very friendly and with all the amenities, and we went there in the meantime, then we had lunch and the room was ready slightly early. Simple and essential room, clean, with a large balcony and clotheslines. For meals, there was always a wide selection, with something always available for children; in my opinion, everything was very good, and the head waiter Joseph, the dining room staff, and the chef were always very kind, helpful, and smiling ☺️ We took advantage of the open bar service, which includes drinks, water, beer, and wine always available throughout the day, until midnight, super ⭐ The pool is always clean and on schedule, so even those who want to rest can do so; it requires the use of a swim cap. My children had fun with the entertainment, which was present in the morning at the beach, in the afternoon at the pool, and in the evening for the baby dance and various games. The guys there this year were super good, had great patience, and above all were sweet and loving with the children; Carmen, Fausto, and Marco, the dancer par excellence 😅 thank you truly from the heart, you are wonderful! What more can I say, the manager was ready and available for any need or issue... he was always polite and respectful, and above all, present. A hotel that works well can also be seen from this, from the ability to manage any issues and resolve them to allow the guest to spend peaceful and relaxing days. Truly an excellent team. We were very satisfied. I recommend Dasamo without a shadow of a doubt. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My 6-year-old daughter and I stayed at this property for a week and we left the hotel this morning with a great sense of sadness. The room cleanliness is impeccable and the dining room staff were always welcoming, attentive, and helpful. At the reception, they overwhelmed us right from the start with the typical friendliness and hospitality of the Riviera: always kind, smiling, and attentive to our every need. The entertainment deserves a separate mention, simply SUPER: Carmen, Marco, and Fausto won our hearts with their passion, entertaining both adults and children with so many activities. A highly recommended hotel that makes you feel right at home: it makes you start the day with a smile and say goodbye to everyone with a little tear!

Alas, after a 15-day stay, and after having spent a year's savings to go on vacation at this property... I can say that my experience was negative. Let's start with the basics, as they say in Italian: the refrigerator. Before our stay, it was not made clear to us that it was an additional service, at a cost of €5 per day. Once requested, it was delivered after about 2 days of waiting... but not only that, we discovered upon arrival at the property, when we pointed out that the fridge was not in the room, that this service had to be RESERVED... we went to read the entire booking and this clause is NOT mentioned. As for the dining, 15 days were more than enough to get a TERRIBLE impression of this kitchen. The menu is not very varied, especially for a facility that hosts families. The fruit mainly alternated between watermelon, pineapple, and melon (and they were not even tasty). The choice of desserts did not seem to exist... and for children, you have to leave the hotel to get them something other than the classic packaged ice cream (obviously for a fee). The situation was even more frustrating when we asked for something very simple for our children: pasta with meat sauce or a plate of cold cuts. CHAOS in the kitchen. The request seemed to be particularly complicated to fulfill. The alternative offered was almost always plain pasta and cooked ham. Even the packed lunch left us puzzled: two very small sandwiches, hard to consider a real lunch. The walkway from the pool to the lobby was anything but safe given how slippery it was, and after seeing many children fall (my daughter slipped in her flip-flops), which was the reason for our early departure, she hit her head and we preferred to take her for a check-up. At the reception, they did not even have instant dry ice. NO COMMENT. Not to mention the outdoor inflatable, which is filthy and torn, and many children came out with skin abrasions. If it rains, there is nothing to do. In the lobby, there are only money-grabbing machines for children. Making the experience even worse was the way our complaints were handled. When we expressed our concerns, we were told that the facility had done "its best" and that we were "demanding" customers. After two weeks, therefore, my judgment can only be negative. Value for money, in our experience, is absolutely unsatisfactory. ❌ I would not recommend it to families ❌ I would not recommend it to those traveling with children ❌ I would not recommend it to those who value cleanliness, maintenance, and organization. Too bad, because from the reviews and the pictures we expected a completely different experience.
