The property participates in the Smartbox/Regalbox circuits, but at the time of booking, it is communicated that it is only possible to reserve one month in advance. A method that makes it extremely difficult to organize a stay and which, in my opinion, should be clearly specified before purchasing the gift box. I find it unfair to promote these packages if availability is in fact limited to last-minute bookings. Those who purchase a gift box expect to be able to plan their stay with reasonable advance notice, as normally happens in hotels. For this reason, I do not recommend this property and I will also report the incident to Regalbox, so that they can verify the management of bookings reserved for holders of their gift boxes.

It is the third year in a row that we have chosen this property. Helpful and courteous staff, fantastic meals, room and pool very clean. What can I say, an experience that we will certainly repeat next year as well. Our children are always sad when we have to return home. For us simply EXCEPTIONAL
