Disappointing stay—do not trust the high rating!Dear fellow travelers, I booked a 6-night stay at this hotel because of its good ratings, but when I arrived, I discovered a place that honestly needs to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch!The rooms were old and completely run-down, and there was a constant smell of sewage. The walls were so thin that you could hear every single noise from the neighbors. On top of that, the breakfast was basic to the point of being poor. This hotel does not deserve a single star.The only saving grace was the reception staff, who were very polite and helpful.

We returned to this property after a year, given our pleasant experience a year ago, when we had even stayed twice in the span of a few months. Given the price-quality ratio, we had decided, unlike other times, to book for a week... It was a wrong decision. Let's start with the room, where they relegated us to a room that was small compared to other times, or at least for a family of 4 people... A bathroom that gave off strange odors, in addition to being a tiny cubicle. We have two small children and we had difficulty attending to their various needs. The thing that made us reflect is the air conditioning, which was completely absent in the facility, except in the rooms where it was weak... I must premise that the average temperature was 33°/34° that week. The sloppy cleaning did not remove the dust, so much so that we had to take care of it ourselves. A positive note was the breakfast, but even there we saw problems with the coffee machines that occurred every single day. Given the previous experiences, a definite downgrade. Since you don't seem to care much for customers who bring in money, we will take it elsewhere.

Hotel Grifone, nice hotel with park and beach view, well located, here you will be satisfied in areas such as friendliness, service, cleanliness, etc. Very good breakfast, nice staff. We felt very well taken care of and would gladly return. The only downside is the paid parking. The price-performance ratio is acceptable.
