Avoid this hotel if you can. We stayed here three nights in the middle of summer and the air conditioning in our room did not work at all. I told the reception staff several times but nothing ever happened. They said they'd try to fix it, but they didn't. As the hotel was fully booked we could not change to another room. The hotel staff set up two fans in our room, but all they did was blow around the warm air. It did not help to open the balcony door either because it was the same temperature outside as inside. There are many other hotels to choose from in Rimini, so if you have the opportunity, choose another, because the staff here do not care about their guests.
