Hotel Carlton Beach

We spent a fantastic vacation at this hotel and had a really great time! ❤️ The stay was very pleasant and the whole staff made us feel at home. 🥰 A special heartfelt thank you goes above all to the blonde girl in the dining room, the waitress, who was very sweet, kind, affectionate, and always smiling. ❤️ A big hug also to the chef Giuseppe, always smiling, kind, and helpful. Exceptional hotel in every respect. Let's start from our arrival: due to a couple of accidents we arrived more than an hour late, but we still found dishes for lunch kept aside especially for us, even though the restaurant had already finished the lunch service. This surprised us in a positive way, it had never happened before. Every day the restaurant offered a different menu (complete with a Romagna-themed evening on Wednesday and a spectacular dinner on the beach on Friday), always excellent, even with attention to the children. All the dining room and kitchen staff were impeccable, everything always went well. The room was available from 2:00 PM (another thing that never happened elsewhere, at the very least they talked about 3:00 PM if not 4:00 PM): welcoming, comfortable, with a sea view. The beach, truly just a few meters from the hotel, is huge: the gentlemen at the establishment managed without any problems to get us sun loungers and an umbrella in the front rows. Every day for the children there was entertainment from morning to night, and on this I would like to make a special mention for "The Fantastic Four" of the Bubalù group: Damiana, Giulia, Igor, and Michelle, who managed to entertain the children (and the adults too) every single day with various activities without ever holding back, evenings included. Truly exceptional people, on a personal level as well as a professional one. Our thanks and compliments go out to everyone, no one excluded; it was thirteen wonderful days without a single hitch.
