Excellent property for hospitality, location, and courtesy

Hotel not up to 4-star standards, staff not up to the problems encountered, room cleaning inadequate, (see photo) 2-star breakfast, positive note about the room: fantastic view of the sea. I am in a wheelchair, they put themselves in the category for disabled people but accessibility is zero, room not suitable, bathroom non-existent for these needs

As always, the Hotel Continental in Rimini is excellent, they are kind and helpful, the daily menu is excellent, cleanliness is excellent, always kind and helpful.
