Hotel Dei Platani

This place is "almost" perfect and family-friendly, the STAFF is impeccable, from the ladies to the girls at the Reception, (I'll mention a few but it applies to all, VALENTINA, KAROLINA, PERLA), to the wonderful MARGHE down at the restaurant, (who together with LELE fulfilled our every request), to the very kind LIDIA who cleaned our room these past 2 weeks, impeccably. To STEFANO, patient and courteous, always available, I would say unique! To the "Boss", Mr. DANIELE, who in addition to being very present for his hotel guests, resolves all obstacles and satisfies the customer, in everything, building loyalty to make them return, how could we forget his precious and rapid intervention to have us accompanied by a driver friend of his on the unforgettable trip to OLTREMARE! In short, it is a place to absolutely recommend and if we have the chance we will definitely return next summer. Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Fabulous and relaxing panoramic terrace. Very good food with a wide selection. If I may, the only suggestion that I mentioned to you, and that I ask you to make feasible by next summer, is to unify the "All inclusive beach" formula also for non-traditional families, counting the all-inclusive "1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds" even if there is only one adult with two children paying a reduced rate, just so as not to make us feel excluded, but I already know that you will do everything possible to accommodate us in this as well. See you soon and thanks again for everything! Mom EMY, LIVIO & ANDREA

Beautiful experience as always, it is already the second year. The children were very happy thanks also to the entertainment. Excellent, friendly, and professional staff, in particular with the great Raffaele (Lele) who with his friendliness made this vacation even more beautiful. Heartfelt thanks to the entire Hotel Platani and Hollywood. I hope to see you again next year, Moira Baffetti and Andrea De Amicis and from Melissa, Tommaso, and Edoardo.

We spent two weeks at the Hotel dei Platani and the Hotel Hollywood in Rimini for spa treatments, and the experience was truly excellent from every point of view. We stayed at the Hotel Hollywood in a very comfortable room, equipped with a practical kitchenette with a microwave and kettle, a solution that proved very convenient when traveling with small children. The quality of the dining fully satisfied us: good, varied, and abundant dishes, with dining room staff who were always attentive, helpful, and smiling. A special thanks goes to the dining room manager Lele and the Chef, who contributed to making our meals pleasant every day. A special praise also goes to the reception staff, who were always kind, friendly, and professional. Valentina has entered the hearts of our entire family, especially our children, who adored her! Thanks also to Perla, always professional and helpful, and to Stefano and Manuel for the welcome and availability shown throughout the stay. The most sincere compliments go to the owners, Daniele and Annalisa, who knew how to build something special: not a simple hotel, but a family environment where you feel welcomed and pampered like at home. A thank you also to the wonderful entertainers Adra and Vittoria, who with enthusiasm, sweetness, and friendliness entertained the children, giving the parents some precious moments of relaxation. Rarely have we happened to find a facility where professionalism, organization, and human warmth coexist in such a natural way. This is precisely what makes Hotel dei Platani and Hotel Hollywood a special place. Highly recommended for families and those looking for authentic hospitality, excellent food, and a serene atmosphere. We will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 very well-deserved points!
