Hotel El Cid Campeador

We returned to the property for the second consecutive year, but the stay did not start in the best of ways. Arriving on Saturday, the room was honestly prepared in a reasonable amount of time, but upon entering, we noticed that the air conditioning was not working as expected, already knowing the property. We reported the problem to the reception, and they confirmed that they were aware of the issue and that it was Saturday. They reassured us that after the weekend, they would resolve it. In all honesty, that a property like a hotel does not have an in-house maintenance worker or some company that resolves these problems even on holidays left us perplexed. The week went well until we made the decision to leave the property one day early because the situation was not changing. They kindly met us halfway by removing the last day from the payment. In general, we had a good time; entertainment was strengthened compared to 2025, and the staff was kind and helpful. My disappointment is only due to the fact that it happened and they were aware of it; it would have been enough to warn us at the time of arrival, and honestly, I would have understood the situation. I do not want to blame anyone, because these are things that can happen. I definitely recommend it, especially for families with children.

We had a great time at this hotel, entertainment always present, on the beach and at the facility, entertainment that was actually always varied for both adults and children and not the usual drag, staff super helpful and kind for any request always with a smile, partner beach clean and well-equipped and the beach staff kind and helpful with any request, the restaurant food was also good... rooms cleaned every day promptly before noon.... I would say an excellent experience, we have already booked for next year 😁 Mom Anna is the best in the piadina cooking class

Fantastic experience, we were happy with everything, fantastic food and super location! Moreover, I have never met better entertainers than them: ADRIANA, GINEVRA, ALESSANDRA AND CRISTIAN! truly phenomenal, fantastic with both children and adults. Without them, it would not have been the same. Highly recommended!
