Hotel Montecarlo

We booked this hotel driven by the attractive price; after booking, we read the reviews, many were negative, so we left with a lot of apprehension. Once we arrived and checked in, they gave us the air conditioning remote control for FREE (no $5.00 per day); we went up to the room and had a second surprise: the room is very clean, the furnishings are tidy, and the bathroom with a window is clean with a large shower. It's true the rooms are a bit small, but they are only for sleeping; you spend the day at the beach. Breakfast in the morning, both sweet and savory, is served to you, but there are no quantity restrictions, and the quality is excellent. We had a very good time, the staff was also kind and professional, a thank you to Nicole for her kindness, her advice, and her smile.

Uncommentable hotel to say the least. Yet I will write a papyrus, because I have never stayed in a place with so many tipping points together. I state that I certainly did not expect excellence given the low cost, but not even so.😂 Let's start from the room: it is not soundproof at all, you can hear EVERYTHING from the nearby rooms (TV, various noises and chatter) and people passing by, doors closing from the corridor, an impressive thing. Tiny bathroom that you can not move, trivially to dress you are FORCED to go out, since there is, not to mention the very old shower, with the shower still attached to the wall that will be 1000 years old.🧐 Bed that you can not more uncomfortable, it seems to sleep on the stones. "Sleep"... personally I didn't sleep at all but whatever. Breakfast: no comment. "No self service" (?!🧐but seriously?! NEVER SEEN SUCH A THING) -> a waitress/theft control(?😂MAH), who from behind a glass, in "Covid period" style, gives you what you prefer of the 4 things on the cross available and also poor quality, which I rather avoided and went to the bar! IMBEVIBILI coffee and cappuccino dispensed by an automatic machine that seems abandoned there for at least 20 years, given the results. Internal parking at 10 € per day, among other things with 10 places on the cross, stuff that those who go to Rome lose their seats; Air conditioning at € 5 more per day (luckily I was in a cool period and it is not served). They seem to be standing there with a short arm asking for money as soon as you breathe, after that anyway what you pay is certainly not less than what they offer, in fact maybe you pay even more than you should at this point. So, I would say, even less.🤦🏼‍♀️ Do I need to add anything else? Experience not to be redone absolutely, not recommended.👋🏼

We have been staying in this hotel for years and in any case we have always been satisfied and even this time if for a short time it was a good stay the room was always clean very well by the staff the Welcoming and relations with the reception were always very friendly, breakfast? There is enough considering the price of the room plus breakfast included not to forget that you are about thirty meters from the sea and that from the terrace of the room (livable) the sea view is more than good and the area is very quiet. The mistake not to make is to choose this hotel for the cost then I claim the Processing of a four star
