Hotel Orlov

Hi, I stayed in this hotel with my partner for one night. As soon as we entered the structure we waited 10 minutes to be welcomed. After paying and everything, they inform us that the elevator was not in operation so we made 3 floors on foot. As soon as we enter the room we notice at the entrance of the bathroom that there is a towel on the floor, we put away our things to settle down. In the bathroom there were no washing detergents that usually give in the hotel and we find toilet paper a roll and already used for two people. It’s not over yet in our Reservation there was air conditioning and initially they didn’t want to give it to us (because it’s a paid service 5 euros ) but we booked by Booking and in that room there was air conditioning included in the price. After calling Booking customer service the problem was solved. This is an experience I would not Recommendation to anyone. There are many facilities in Rimini but do not choose this discard.

An experience to forget air conditioning not working and mostly paid remote control tv not received after asking several times broken wardrobe door and resting on the ground unsafe walls and balconies very scruffy AN EXPERIENCE TO FORGET IT LOOKED LIKE BAGHDAD

I came across this hotel taking advantage of the lowest price I found online... I thought I'd find the last round of Dante, but thanks to the internet. .... As Dante said to Beatrice. Give me the Orlov' hotel and I will make you happy. I thank the owner at the reception
