Terrible service, where are the four stars?

I stayed at this property recently and I couldn't be more satisfied with the choice! The location is truly optimal: convenient for reaching all the main points of interest on foot, perfectly served by public transport, and ideal both for those who want to explore the city and for those looking for a practical and strategic base. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure a perfect rest. But the real added value of this hotel is the staff: a truly special thank you goes to Roberta at the reception, who with her incredible kindness, professionalism, and availability made the stay even more pleasant. She welcomed us with a smile and was always ready to give us excellent advice and support for every need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a carefree stay, pampered by impeccable service. We will definitely be back!

My experience was negative about the cleanliness: the bathroom was visibly dirty, the sink had residue left by previous guests, the floor had stains. Reported this situation also with photos, the room was cleaned only the next day, at the usual turn of the employees in this task. On the other hand the breakfast was good and plentiful, but I consider the cleanliness of primary importance.
