Hotel Villa Luigia

Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient staff Clean facility, convenient to the beach Recommended

I describe the bad experience I had in this hotel. First thing I say few positive things the rooms are nothing short of very clean there is no dirty dust then very positive thing the central location close to shopping facilities and more...unfortunately only this positive. Now I say the very negative things and they certainly hurt to say here and I'm sorry for that. First of all I say the cleaning staff very kind and friendly but the problem is with the hotel owners. The lady owner of the hotel at first known seemed a person with polite manners... but... I happened to be sitting in the room near the reception and the lady with the receptionist said things not nice as if no one heard them or I could not hear them criticizing badly of some customers and me... then the other very serious thing that the last night I spent that I needed to make some business calls around 10 pm there was no night porter!!! and the door was closed!!! I say if an emergency happens a person how should he do???? I had to use the emergency door to get out of the hotel that the phone did not take calls well... they say that at a certain time they have to close the door you are right but put a night porter!!! a shame because this is no way to treat customers... then it is not right to criticize customers because if a person behaves well because he has to criticize the owner? in the end I recommend this hotel only for the very clean rooms comfortable bed the central location for a few nights is fine... but for the big problems of the attitude of the owners and some employees apart from those who do the cleaning of the rooms and unfortunately a service like a night porter who sometimes is not present I do not recommend!!! because it is very serious that the owners behave in this way the husband of the lady a person with manners but sometimes responds badly... and asks many questions about personal things... honestly I do not recommend this hotel there are better facilities but I say education and respect that is the first thing... apart from the few positive things I described before.

I stayed at Villa Luigia for 3 days in October with my 6 year old daughter and my husband and I can definitely say (being a Hotel Manager) that the owners, an amazing couple and their staff, made our stay unforgettable!! Structure managed impeccably, quiet, spotless and well furnished. From the hotel you can reach the seafront and the center with a nice walk. They also have internal parking. The basic room, finely renovated and with 4 star services (slippers, courtesy line and toothbrush) 2 bottles of water always present in the minibar, safe, very comfortable beds and superior category bath towels. What about the breakfast buffet.... everything you could want between sweet and savory (at least 5 homemade cakes) and omelets on request! Juices, fresh cold cuts, fresh bread, yogurt, cereals, rusks, Nutella, jam etc .. but the thing that left me speechless was the care with which the owner took care of my daughter bringing her to the table every morning a cup of foamed milk with cocoa that Emma loved. She worried that I would make her sandwiches every morning by taking things from the buffet and she wouldn't let us leave without a plate of fresh fruit to take to the room! Of an authentic kindness and not at all obvious and with the tireless presence of those who host you at his house! I highly recommend this property and hope to return soon to Rimini and still enjoy this wonderful hospitality! Thanks again to all!!!
