3 stars just for the location. Optimal. Old-fashioned rooms. Old. Struggling air conditioner. TV must have been 10 inches. Narrow shower. Bathroom with broken wall cabinets. Buffet breakfast is extensive but medium-low quality. Costs are not low, however.

Fantastic location a few meters from Parco Fellini and from restaurants, pubs, and piadina shops. A few steps from the beaches too. Clean room, with essential but functional furniture. Good air conditioning, fridge the same. The property, which does have parking, provides bikes for free. Very kind staff, both at the reception and on the floors. A property I will definitely choose in case of another stay in Rimini.

I stayed at this property with normal expectations, but the experience was unfortunately very disappointing. THAT'S AWFUL. Upon arrival we were allocated a room in decidedly poor condition: the receptionist herself admitted that it was “the worst taken”. In the middle of January neither the TV nor the heating worked, and in the shower we even found a bar of soap left by previous guests. A truly unacceptable level of care and cleanliness. But the most serious thing was the total lack of attention to a very simple request and clearly communicated at check-in: I had expressly asked not to include the name of a guest in the invoice, because he had already paid his share separately. Despite the explicit request, it was not respected. I'm not someone who easily leaves negative reviews, indeed this is the first time I find myself doing so. But between the quality of the room and the lack of professionalism in handling such a simple request, I can only express a strong disappointment. I will not return and would not recommend this property.
