Leaving aside the room where the electrical outlets didn't work, the shower was full of limescale so no water came out, the bathroom lightbulb didn't work and wasn't changed even upon request. We forgot a pair of very expensive shoes in the room and after calling them not even a day later they didn't care at all, I hope they close as soon as possible

Don't visit the hotel. The service and restaurant were on a lower level. The breakfast were served with small variety of food.

Unfortunately, it is a property that should certainly be managed better; it is currently having difficulties with staff, so much so that yesterday we arrived at 2:30 PM (with check-in scheduled for 2 PM), and they let us in at 4 PM. Subsequently, another 30 minutes were lost because the technician had to fix the shutter. A stench of who knows what comes up from the bathroom. The only bright spots were the parking at €15 for the entire day about 100 m from the property, and certainly the two people at the reception.
