That's crazy. On a rental contract of ONLY 2 months, paying deposit plus 2 months in advance, I was still compulsorily asked for the employment contract! What's the point?

We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve, to say the least, dilapidated following a last-minute change of structure, being that in the structure where we had booked there had been an unspecified technical failure and as a result we were transferred at short notice to the property in question. Upon our arrival we immediately had to deal with a lady at the reception not very courteous and who also boasted of having and places available for our cars, places reserved for the hotel but which in reality were non-existent as the structure is surrounded by very small and narrow streets where sometimes for those who have a long car like mine it remains difficult even to maneuver. Arrived on the spot so the lady urged us to pay 20 € per car to park in the same free places along the road and if we did not find parking we would still have to pay the sum mentioned above for non-existent places. Moreover, the lady asked us to cancel the payment made through the online platform “ Booking” where we had already paid the amount to stay, telling us that if we had canceled the amount already paid and we had paid directly on site, we would not have charged the required and mandatory tourist tax. We gave up this option by paying the remaining amount for the entire stay. After checking in we headed to our assigned room where the situation presented itself as very questionable and embarrassing. The room was in indecent condition, dirty, dated and poorly maintained. The bathroom is just over 1mt x 1mt wide whose entire are all the toilets equally dated, dirty and broken, a shower that can hardly be defined as such and that moreover was going to cover and fall over the entire surface of the bathroom making it unusable the same and impossible to make a decent and acceptable shower. The cabinet was full of dust, visible to the naked eye with black halos mixed with dirt and dust. Similarly behind the closet (hence the back of the closet resting on the wall) it was possible to see EVIDENT AND ABUNDANT dirt symptom of missed cleaning for some time. The fixtures are also dated and not suitable for a hotel room where it is assumed that you can stay warm, as there were consistent drafts of air, so much so that you think at times that the window was even open. In addition, we found dust in other places in the room, such as on the headboard of the bed and above the lamp-jour which was also broken. At this point they also checked the situation of the mini fridge bar inside the room which also had many surprises, in fact inside there were obvious signs of dirt, yellowing, unidentified stains etc etc. I do not understand how this structure can have three stars and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT IS WITH ALL OF MYSELF ON MY BEHALF AND MY PARTNER THIS HOTEL. It was like being in the nightmarish hotel TV series. I conclude by saying that as if that were not enough we had the unpleasant experience of an unspecified subject who seemed to be eavesdropping outside our door shortly after our arrival, in fact opening the door of the room we found him on the threshold of the same. Asking for an explanation he reported coming to call us to move the car but aroused several suspicions.

We were assigned this hotel after we had booked another but due to boiler problems they had to move us so they told us unfortunately it was not like the first one we had chosen. They are doing work but our room was unpleasant little clean and the bathroom very small and unwatchable and little clean. Would not recommend
