Oxford

Hotel is low budget, very dirrty, rooms are quite small, the beding is filthy and old. We stayed in room 81. TV isn't working. The bathroom is dirrty, there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom and you can flood the room while taking a shower. Breakfast is disgusting.

I can simply tell two stories to explain. FIRST - I and my pregnant wife arrived late at night to check in and the consierge said it was too late so he suggested to walk outside in the streets until morning when we could have found the manager to check in. SECOND - my wife went during the night downstairs to ask for a plastic glass and some water to take an aspirin and the consierge almost refused to do so because it was late at night and he had to go all the way to the kitchen for the glasses. I'm just simply speechless. Don't ever come to this hotel if you wanna relax.

Some days ago my tourists returned from this hotel, the response is very-very bad. The first call from them I received in the first day of their arrival. they said that hotel is very noisy, dirty, smells badly, shower doesn't work. Staff is unfriendly . When I tried to solve problem the hotel ignored all my complains. And tourists had to move to another hotel. I don't recommend this hotel!
