Parco Fellini

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. The staff is familiar and kind, the location is strategic both for its proximity to the beach, the promenade, and the avenue in the center of Rimini Marina, where shops and restaurants are located (unfortunately the street is not pedestrianized, so it is very chaotic). Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options. The room is sufficiently spacious, but with a very small closet, so it is ideal only for short stays. No minibar, and we did not have a balcony, but oh well, for two nights you can adapt! The room's air conditioning is pleasant and easily adjustable. We had a problem with the shower where the hot water was barely trickling out, and if you want a slightly more energetic flow, you practically have to take a cold shower. But luckily, the scorching heat of these days did not make us feel much discomfort, even having to take it cold! I cannot give a higher rating because the property, while moderately comfortable, definitely needs a minimum of renovation; the furnishings are truly stuck in the 70s/80s and in an increasingly modern Rimini, they clash a bit. It would really take very little to make it more "up to date," even just by modernizing at least the breakfast room. In summary: a pleasant experience, but in a hotel that definitely needs to be updated a bit for 2026, in the room furnishings and common areas, because as it is, it turns out to be decidedly anachronistic! Otherwise, nothing to say!

Staying in this hotel for the fourth year in a row is not a coincidence, but a certainty. Once again, the experience was impeccable from every point of view. The family-run establishment proves to be welcoming and characterized by impeccable room cleanliness. A special thanks goes to the entire staff for their extraordinary kindness, with an honorable mention to Giulia and her mom for the hospitality and attention they reserve for guests, as well as the night watchman who is always vigilant and friendly. The breakfast is simply "super": a very rich and high-quality buffet that ranges between countless sweet and savory options, truly able to satisfy all tastes. Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with the air conditioner and they solved it right away. Hearty sweet / savory breakfast. Convenient parking. Great location, in a quiet street but a stone's throw from the seafront and restaurants.
