Pinocchio

Small family-run hotel, as is common in the area. Everything quite good; clean and comfortable rooms, small balcony, convenient area of town. Maybe, however, it's me who doesn't feel like fighting over a croissant with 10 screaming kids (an uneven fight, therefore losing the conflict and remaining without...) and seeing tattooed families having dinner in front of their respective Chinese cell phones, while their children with exotic names and improbable haircuts run around the dining room. Nothing wrong, among other things it costs very little, but I will not return.

I come to Hotel Pinocchio every year and I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else. From the moment I arrive it feels welcoming and familiar. The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything you need, making it an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. One of the main reasons I return every year is the very warm welcome received from the Battarra family. They are always friendly, attentive and genuinely interested in making sure every guest enjoys their stay. They run the hotel with great care and attention to detail. It's also nice to see so many familiar faces each year. Many guests are returning visitors and it is always good to recognise people from previous stays and catch up. I think that says a lot about the hotel. People come back because they know they'll receive a warm welcome, excellent service and a consistently enjoyable stay. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide choice of fresh, high-quality food to suit everyone. Dinner is equally impressive, with delicious, freshly prepared dishes and plenty of variety throughout the week. Every meal is something to look forward to. Hotel Pinocchio offers the perfect combination of a great location, excellent food and genuine hospitality. It is no surprise that so many guests, myself included, return year after year. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday.
