Excellent hotel, very well-trained and friendly staff who know how to guide you throughout your stay. If we were to return to Miramare, our choice will fall on this hotel

Very beautiful location. Dated rooms, but everything you need is there. The bathroom definitely needs to be renovated; the fixtures are in bad shape. As for room cleanliness, I would say it's standard. . I didn't like the breakfast, freeze-dried cappuccino from the machine, terrible for someone like me who loves to drink milk in the morning, classic fresh bread to butter nonexistent... very sad, after the first day I always had breakfast at outside bars. The other meals were just okay, not special; I thought I would be in ecstasy being in Romagna, our Romagna!!! But no, decent I guess, but there is definitely no Romagna chef! Sometimes the salad was not washed well. Too bad about the lines like in a cafeteria and the spatula service on the plate, abundant if you want but served really poorly. The girls are very nice, poor things, have them take some courses for restaurant service, it wouldn't hurt!

Rating: Regina Fronte Mare, Rimini 1 out of 5 stars – disappointment all the way We had been looking forward to a relaxing week by the sea. Instead, we cut our vacation short after only two nights and drove home. What follows is no exaggeration, but a sober description of what we experienced and a warning to everyone who would like to spend their vacation here. Parking spaces The first disappointment followed upon arrival. The parking spaces must be reserved in advance and cost €15 per day for a spot that is more reminiscent of a test of courage than a parking space. The vehicles are parked sideways in an extremely narrow alley right next to the hotel; barely two cars fit side by side. Anyone who does not park in reverse simply cannot get out again. To leave the parking lot, you additionally need a key to remove a chain—a process that is as cumbersome as it is unnecessary. Room The room was, with all due respect, a disaster and a prime example of how heavily the online photos were apparently edited. There was no sign of the brightness and freshness shown in the booking photos: The room was dark, the only notable light source a lamp mounted on the wall, supplemented by two weak bedside lamps. We looked in vain for a bedspread, and curtains were also missing. The air conditioning could not be controlled via the control panel because it was defective; even with the window open, it did not turn off, so we were freezing at night. The furnishings looked as if they had not been updated since the 1960s, and the room was in urgent need of renovation. Access is still provided with a classic key to this day. The hygienic condition was so poor that we were afraid to touch any surfaces at all. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable. To top it all off, the walls were paper-thin: We heard the neighbors in the bathroom, in the shower, and even the closing of their curtains at four o'clock in the morning. There was no thought of restful sleep under these conditions. Bathroom The bathroom represented yet another step down. The light did not turn on until about 11 seconds after the switch was flipped. A lack of hygiene was evident everywhere; nothing looked truly clean. The shower was so cramped that a normally built person could barely stand in it. The towels were paper-thin and dirty to boot, the toilet paper single-ply. As for toiletries, we only found two bars of curd soap, no toothbrush tumblers, and none of the amenities promised in the description. It had nothing in common anymore with the pictures shown on the booking platform. Food We had booked all-inclusive for one week for the hefty price of €1,450. For breakfast, we were offered fried eggs from the freezer, each one identical in shape, as well as scrambled eggs and boiled eggs that looked partly spoiled. Instead of the described bacon, there was fried ham, the coffee was instant coffee, and the juices seemed noticeably diluted. The selection overall was extremely meager. We only had one hour available for lunch and dinner each. First, a small, frozen antipasti selection was served; the main course did not follow until about 30 minutes later, whereupon all the guests practically pounced on it as if they hadn't eaten in days. No wonder, given the tight time window. There were two to three dishes to choose from, which also could not be served by oneself, but were handed out cafeteria-style, in a quality that was disappointing for the region. We eventually switched to eating outside the hotel. Drinks, even water, were only available for purchase outside of meal times. There was no talk of "all-inclusive" here; it was effectively full board. It was also noticeable that all the service staff, whom we perceived as Ukrainian, apparently also took care of room cleaning with visibly outdated cleaning equipment in addition to restaurant service. Service Right upon arrival, we complained at the reception about the condition of the room. We were told that no other room was available and that they simply had no authority to change anything. When we wanted to cancel that same day to move to a hotel with an appropriate standard, they showed no willingness to compromise; they wanted to keep the money. We were only offered two soft drinks as compensation. Even with the support of Booking.com, no solution could be reached. Conclusion This hotel is visibly cutting corners everywhere regarding infrastructure, hygiene, room furnishings, and presumably also in paying the staff, whose faces rarely looked happy. Charging such a high price for a room in this condition is hard to understand, especially since you can already vacation in the region starting at around €700 per week. That an offer in this price range would be a qualitative disappointment is hardly surprising, but that it remains significantly below this level at double the price is unacceptable. We cut our vacation short after the second night and drove home. We have not received a refund to this day, neither for the accommodation costs nor for the parking fees. I would like to receive at least a portion of the costs back. If the hotel's only reaction to this review is a standard response, it would be indicative of the basic attitude here, where corners are apparently being cut everywhere, right up to the limit of what is reasonable. You do not have a quality standard. Misleading images: The photos of the room shown appear heavily digitally or AI-edited and in no way correspond to the actual condition on site. I can prove this with my own comparison photos.
