Terminal Palace And Spa

Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. Unfortunately, the behavior of the receptionist Alessandra completely ruined the stay. The problem was not a specific incident, but the way he addresses guests: arrogant, rude, and lacking the respect and professionalism expected from a facility that welcomes clients. It was our first time in Rimini and we chose this hotel on the advice of one of your regular customers. It is truly a shame that the entire memory of the stay was compromised by a welcome of this level. Even the person who recommended this facility to us told us that, after this experience, they will not return. We travel often and usually stay in high-level facilities, and we know how much the way guests are treated makes a difference. Unfortunately, here we felt welcomed with a completely different spirit. For this reason, we cannot recommend this hotel. We hope that the management takes this report seriously, because no guest should leave a facility with such a negative impression exclusively because of the behavior of a member of the staff.

It was wonderful to find everything as we had left it; it was our biggest fear. When you have beautiful memories of a great experience, you always worry that after a long time, everything has changed, and instead: everything was in its right place. Upon our arrival at the restaurant, the maitre d' Mariana immediately remembered us and, among other things, had reserved a fantastic spot for us that we kept for our entire stay. It is true, after years some maintenance work should be done, but reading certain comments, it seems we are talking about a third-rate Cambodian structure, nonsense. I would really like to observe certain people up close to understand their daily standard, but let's leave aside the useless things. The Terminal Palace 4*S confirms itself as one of the best accommodation facilities in Rimini. Excellent cuisine; it is impossible not to find something you like. The restaurant staff is always attentive and friendly, led by the very talented Mariana. The reception is courteous and attentive to needs. You are right on the sea, no hassle, and you are in pole position! Warm regards from the guests of room 910 (TOP room), top floor, sea view, and spectacular panorama, both of the entire coast and the Rimini hills. We will definitely see each other at the first opportunity!

This is the second time we have stayed here for the Rimini Wellness. Valid structure. Rated as 4 stars but in my opinion is more like a 3-star superior. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are a bit dated in some rooms and have some defects (rusty bins for the users). Towel changes occur every day, although I did not appreciate the total difference in towels from one day to the next, a mix of different types. It does not fit in a 4-star. Very helpful reception, attentive, and very good cuisine, especially at dinner with an excellent selection. Good breakfast but at a 3-star level, it can definitely be improved, especially on the pastries. The croissants are good. Location is far from Rimini Center, about 1 hour and 10 minutes on foot, but easily reachable by taxi (30€). I did not appreciate the pool and spa discussion: free pool for adults and children until 3:00 PM, then it suddenly becomes a spa area and you have to pay €15 per person to enter. Nice but too expensive, and it's annoying that if you arrive after 3:00 PM, you have to pay.
