Trieste Hotel

My experience was negative about the cleanliness: the bathroom was visibly dirty, the sink had residue left by previous guests, the floor had stains. Reported this situation also with photos, the room was cleaned only the next day, at the usual turn of the employees in this task. On the other hand the breakfast was good and plentiful, but I consider the cleanliness of primary importance.

Very negative experience: on my arrival there was no trace of my booking and the addition of a guest, already communicated, was handled with little transparency. I was faced with unexpected costs and inadequate solutions. Disappointed by the professionalism of the structure.

My family and I stayed 3 nights at the hotel Trieste, the worst experience made in Rimini, rude and opinionated staff, I refer to the receptionists in the morning, not to mention the room! Of course if they are proposed as a 4-star hotel, at this point I would really like to understand what criteria are assigned these stars!!!! My family and I will never find each other again.
