Villa Dei Pini Appartamenti

Apartment just a few steps from both the Rimini train station and the seafront, clean, equipped with all comforts, ideal for a family, spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The welcome and kindness of the owner are highly recommended.

Location is very good: green, quiet though close to beach, bars and Rimini railway station. Buses to San Marino and other locations are by the Railway station. Apartments are spacious with big bathroom, kitchen\living room and really large terrace. Below the terrace is green carpet of Pina (lat. Pinus pinea) trees. Kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is very speedy. A/C ok. The only trouble we had while staying were random issues with hot water in the bathroom but it could have been specifically our room issue.

We had the most awful time. We ve beeb to this residence 3 times. First and second were absolutely fine. This last time it was a real absurd! We had cold water from the shower all the time. Called the assistance, the staff came and touched the boiler outside in the balcony, water would run again either too hot or too cold! Kitchen had lots of missing items! Coming from the beach and not been able to have a shower...it was a real disgrace! Not recommend at all!!
