Vistamare Suite Hotel

I booked a mini-stay as a gift for my wife last weekend and I got the name from some friends, but I must be honest, I have nothing to say about the room, which was truly beautiful and excellent with a sea view, the staff was polite and welcoming, the restaurant was important and the food was good but very expensive, and from what I read many guests had dinner or lunch out, but all that glitters is not gold, the breakfast which was varied until 10:30, when I went down at 10:15 there were no more croissants and there was no possibility of getting them, so I believe that everything must be provided until the scheduled time and then it was not possible to bring breakfast to the room and there was a paid service to bring it to the room, just as the use of the beach and the pool was paid separately and not included in the price, I repeat there were rules that perhaps one might not even accept and that I haven't happened to see in other facilities, then an episode happened at check-out that I won't go into here that was very sad, what I want to say is that certain experiences must be lived to be told as I did by writing my review. I booked my next stay in September at another facility.

I booked at the last minute and afterwards I had many doubts due to the recent reviews. Honestly, I must say that so far I am appreciating this property more and more. The best rating goes to the hospitality and the cuisine which, besides having excellent chefs, I notice a great attention to the raw materials. The breakfast is excellent and varied, which I believe satisfies all needs. The suites are good, especially for the whirlpool tub on the large terrace. The beach service is excellent. The bathrooms could be improved. Ours is objectively a bit small to be included in a suite.

The hotel at first glance is very beautiful, rooms with relaxing tones, super courteous staff, quiet and uncrowded spaces, but that is not enough! UNTHINKABLE TO HAVE A WINDOWLESS BATHROOM WITHOUT A VENT FAN WITH A SEWER SMELL IN THE ROOM!!!! (VACATION RUINED AND NOT REFUNDED IN ANY WAY) There are certainly other small aspects that could be improved, such as in my opinion a hydromassage area in the pool, banning smoking by the poolside and not least the general maintenance of the umbrellas with mold and broken ones at the pool. WHEN YOU HAVE TO PAY SUCH A HIGH PRICE YOU EXPECT EXCELLENCE IN EVERYTHING!
