Excellent hotel, well-maintained and elegant. Strategic location near the center of Rimini and the area's attractions. Rooftop pool with a breathtaking view. Modern rooms, even if the bathroom is a bit small. The reception staff is always available, especially Nora, who is very kind, and the manager Roberta, who is always available and attentive to the customer's needs. We will definitely go back.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel; our room assigned on the first floor was spacious and welcoming. Rooftop pool a bit small but with a beautiful panoramic view. Breakfast was fairly varied, even if the savory side seems to be favored more than the sweet side. Juices were a bit too watery, and for the bread selection, it would be better to have something whole wheat or multigrain as well. We were not asked for our room number upon entering the restaurant, which surprised us. To avoid confusion, it would be better if someone checked. For greater convenience, it would be easier to find beach or pool towels directly in the room rather than having to request them at the reception or from the lifeguard, perhaps even in exchange for a deposit. Overall, these are all suggestions for potential improvements, which do not take anything away from the positive experience of our stay and the excellent welcome received at the Waldorf.

Second time here but there certainly won't be a third. The hotel itself is nice and clean and the rooms are comfortable. But 3 days before arrival with tickets booked and everything already organized, they inform us that they can no longer provide full board but only room and breakfast. My 94-year-old mother was certainly caught off guard also because the justifications were vague and they didn't even try to find a solution or arrangement for the meals. Speaking then with the staff, we find out that they hadn't been doing full board since June. Behavior not worthy of a 4-star hotel!!!
