Welcoming, courteous, and comfortable! The hotel is beautiful and retains all the charm of the past. The reception staff was very professional and made us feel right at home, welcoming our one-and-a-half-year-old child with great care! Spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options: I would come back just for that! 😍 In the evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant: excellent food and courteous and very attentive dining room staff. Heartfelt thanks!

The hotel is very beautiful. It is immersed in a wonderful park and adjacent to the woods. Furthermore, it feels like being in a different era, surrounded by furnishings that make the location truly wonderful. They informed us that they could also accommodate our Maremma Sheepdog if we wanted to return with him. Animals are welcome and this is another very nice thing in their favor. The cuisine is extremely well-prepared and truly excellent. We were very happy. The waiters in the dining room are attentive to everything, efficient, and very kind. We wouldn't want to leave anyone out, so we can say that absolutely all the staff are very kind, smiling, and helpful. Thank you all. You made our vacation extremely pleasant.

I spent three days with my family at the Grand Hotel Riolo Terme, and it was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. The facility is located in a park where it was possible to take beautiful walks and relax. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food, excellent and abundant, satisfied our palate. The staff made a difference, being kind and always ready to meet our every request. The manager, Ms. Pamela, was always available. We will definitely repeat this wonderful experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
