Serena

I stayed at the property to carry out two weeks of spa treatments being close to the spa. The strength and 'cleanliness in the rooms for the rest of the hotel and' very dated the fixtures in the rooms are a little' newer than the area used for meals, but not soundproofed enough for the street below very busy even at night. Service during meals and with little customer care. They are proposed dishes depending on the tables proposing different menus depending on who is in front of the Service and 'happened that I was proposed a vegetable soup and at the table next to the lasagna with meat sauce .. and 'was not cute .. you had the feeling that meals were measured by the gram. The kitchen and 'homemade and good but too meager in the portions. Disposable tablecloths if they get dirty in the morning remain so until the end of dinner. In my opinion they should be more helpful and accommodating to the customer. I will never go back as their ways do not accept TRUE but negative comments.

Family run, no frills place. Nice, big clean room. Nice enhanced continental breakfast with home made cakes, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, toast, made to order capuccino, espresso, tea. Friendly staff. Conveniently located downtown. Free access to bikes. We loved it.

Hotel dated but very nice and kept with lots of love, you will feel at home! Great breakfast right in quantity and quality, clean rooms and that are redone every day even in case of short stays, impeccable service. Go there!
