Hotel Fontana

We arrived for work after booking remotely, we were guaranteed a secure parking at a figure of 15 euros more per night, unfortunately the parking did not exist, they wanted us to put the car in a muddy widening with all rusty objects around and separated from the road by a piece of net thrown randomly. We absolutely didn't put it there, there was no way to get back the many extra money paid. It doesn't end there, the over-fucking owner, scattered in a dirty armchair, laughed even in our face, telling us that we were pains in the ass. I don't know what kept us from smashing his face in. The rooms then we do not talk about it, dirty and the breakfast very poor. Nothing positive but nothing at all. Never again.

I tell my experience in this hotel because it is almost surreal. Having to stay, with a friend of mine, in the area for several nights, from February to July, we phoned and spoke with the manager, the Son, to get a little 'discounted price. After establishing the conditions we arrived there on February 5. Well received, clean rooms, family atmosphere and quiet. When we left, on Friday, we had some problems with the father for payment, because he preferred cash money and for issuing the invoice, but nothing serious and everything solved. We called back to schedule for February 18 and 19 and the father told us that there were no more single rooms available and that he could give us double rooms at a higher price. We said it was fine anyway, except they gave us one of the rooms, the same one we had occupied in the previous week. When we went to pay, there was the Son who recognized us, insisted that we pay the amount agreed with Him, even though we said that it was not a problem and that we could safely pay something more. Very kind and polite. We have therefore also set for the following week, for Tuesday, February 25. When we arrived there, we found ourselves again with the father who, with an arrogant and almost mocking air, told us that there were no more rooms available and that he had not left them for us because we had not sent a confirmation email (nobody had told us to do so and then we had already been there other times). We obviously went to another hotel. I give a score of two stars to give 5 stars to the Son and -1 star to the Father. I do not recommend this hotel, but I recommend, if you book, to ask the age of the person you speak to and who will receive you. The Son is a nice person, very kind and welcoming; the father would not even put him to the public to sell gold at the price of lead.

Sheets and pillowcases with various stains, dirty bathroom and shower. Door always open with unmanned reception all night long, anyone can enter and wander around the hotel undisturbed. Extremely dangerous. Small parking lot. Very bad experience.
