I would not choose it to come here on vacation, both for the quality of the building and the rooms, and for the decentralized location. A positive note: the air conditioning temperature worked. A negative note: it would be good if the small bottles of water in the minibar were complimentary. Decent breakfast.

The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, good breakfast. Too bad it's a bit out of the way and there are not enough connections except through taxis that at a flat rate of 10 euros lead to the center.

The hotel was very good, clean and well equipped. Very friendly and friendly reception staff, spacious and clean room with quite acceptable decor, to these places you go to sleep and the bed is very comfortable. My only catch that makes me not put 5 stars, is the breakfast service, little variety and quantity and the lady with glasses and tattoos who works there as a waitress, is possibly the most ill educated, unfriendly and least professional person I have met in ten years I have been going to Modena. If you don't like your job... go home but at least say good morning when you're given it, very stupid person. Otherwise all very well
