I booked this hotel 9 months in advance. It transpires, on the week I was visiting there was a big fashion show. 3 days before I flew out they cancelled my room to re-rent out to 2 Italians at 3x the price. At this time Milan was fully booked so I couldn't find another room for less than 10x the rate. I had a fully itinery including opera at La Scala, train tickets, tours etc. This was part of a 10 city 6 hotel tour so not possible to reschedule a different city. They contacted me on Good Friday to warn me and cancelled the booking on bank holiday Monday (The banks were closed for 4 days for Easter) A very christain gesture over Easter. BUYER BEWARE.
