Excellent first approach to pleasant Grado! Located in an exceptional area of the town, where you can easily move on foot or by bike among the greenery, restaurants, shops, a stone's throw from the sea and the promenade (it is no coincidence that the best hotels are located there...). Very welcoming, helpful and smiling staff who know how to give excellent advice and suggestions! Apartment very clean, tidy and equipped with everything. Breakfast for all tastes, both sweet and savory! Edina's cakes are a very tasty plus!

Very friendly and helpful owner. The hotel in great location and you can park in the hotel which is very good. After checking out, we were able to leave the car in the parking lot for a few more hours while we were walking around town. Well equipped apartments.

I highly recommend this apartment because it has everything you and your family need during a holiday. Separated living room and bedroom, nice bathroom with bidet, coffee maker and fully equipped kitchen with daily cleaning are included. The parking place is closed and safe and everything is so close to it: the shops, the restaurants and the beach as well.
