The service praised in the January newsletter for 2026, stating that bike rental is free, is not accurate. Only the first 5 hours are free, then a fee of 5 euros per hour applies. Despite the misleading information, a concession from the management on-site was not possible. Even after answering the quality questionnaire, direct contact with the responsible manager was offered. However, no contact from the management has occurred. Thus, very poor service; as a guest, one is not seen. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is outdated; the connection does not hold, and one has to log in with the password every time. An urgency did not help in this case. The hotel only scores points with the breakfast, and the room was always thoroughly cleaned. Overall, it is no longer comparable to two years ago, when one was still greeted warmly at breakfast. As a guest, one no longer feels like a guest, but merely a paying customer. Too bad

Exceptional breakfast Located in a quiet area, not far from the center of Grado, walking distance is 25 minutes. Using bicycles, free for 5 hours a day, you can reach the Center in 5 minutes. Good starting point to visit the area.
